It is with profound sadness that we report the tragic & untimely passing of our past pupil Michael (Mikey) Leddy. Mikey spent his primary school years in St. Anne’s Loreto P.S. and graduated only three years ago locally to St. Patrick’s C.S. The St. Anne’s staff remember him fondly for his broad smile, his hard work and enthusiastic participation in many activities most notably on the sports fields where he represented St. Anne’s with honour and pride. His display in our Cumann na mBunscol final of 2015 earned him the Meath Chronicle Spirit of the Final Award.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his loving parents Aisling and Damien, his three brothers Corey, Jack and Daniel (also past pupils of St. Anne’s), the extended Leddy and Kelly families and his wide circle of friends.

Sincere condolences are extended to Mikey’s family from St. Anne’s Board of Management, Chaplain Fr. Kevin Heery, staff, parents, pupils past and present, and the wider St. Anne’s Loreto P.S. community.

Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dhilís. May Mikey rest in peace.
