Dear Parents,
Fáilte romhaibh go dtí ár scoil, Scoil Áine Naofa, An Uaimh.
We look forward to having your child with us in St Anne’s Loreto Primary School. We are grateful for the privilege of collaborating with you over the coming years.
Our school is a very personal one. We value contact with you. Communication between home and school is vital if we are to help your children discover their gifts and develop them to their full potential. We ask for you cooperation as we work together for the good of the children.
As Principal, I am tremendously proud of our students and all their hard work. I am also hugely impressed, daily, by the commitment of our school staff to the provision of an excellent all-round education for our students. With a long and rewarding history of achievement in education behind us, our school community continues to move forward together with confidence, pride and enthusiasm.
It is our aim to continue to develop our school to meet the challenges of our society. We continuously strive to seek out a myriad of opportunities, on and off campus, to appeal to all manner of tastes. Our 1950’s school building is complemented by the ‘new block’ of four larger ‘ensuite’ classrooms completed in 2013. Our Board of Management take great pride in the development and upkeep of St. Anne’s Loreto P.S. and ensure that it is maintained and upgraded as a constant priority.
We hope that these most formative years in your young person’s development will be very happy years for your child. Tá súil agam go mbainfidh sibh taitneamh as bhur ama linn.
Is mise le meas,
Clíodhna O’Bric
