SCP stands for School Completion Programme. This programme supports children that would benefit from additional wellbeing activities or children who are transitioning between school settings.
Our School Completion Worker, Michelle, will work with children under the areas of attendance, participation and retention.
Michelle is based in our school Monday and Friday. SCP can be given in short blocks or for longer periods of time. It can be one to one, a small group or whole class support.
Activities are tailored to suit the needs of the children.
