St Anne’s Loreto is a Catholic co-educational primary school under the patronage of the Bishop of Meath.

The Mission of the school is to promote the highest possible level of education for the community of Navan and its environs.

St Anne’s Loreto PS Community Coffee Morning

We will be having our Coffee & School Uniform morning on WEDNESDAY 1st OCTOBER from 9.30 am in school hall  ALL ARE VERY WELCOME.This will be a chance for all parents to CHAT OVER A CUPPA and a great opportunity for new parents to meet each other and meet other parents from St Anne’s. On the morning, there will be a selection of pre-loved/worn school uniforms/items available for a small donation of your choice..

GAA match 25th September

Our GAA team will playing away to Athboy on Thursday 25th September at 1.30pm. (Please note change of day). All support is greatly welcomed. The game will be played in Athboy GFC. We will travel from the school by bus and ask each player to bring €3 towards the cost. We will be back at the school at 3.10pm. Remember to wear your school tracksuit, bring your shorts, socks, boots, gloves, gumshield.

Parents’ Association meeting

There will be a Parent’s Association meeting on Monday 22nd September at 8pm in St Anne’s. All parents welcome.

GAA match 17th September

Our GAA team will play away to Ballivor on Wednesday 17th September at 1.30pm. All support is greatly welcomed. The game will be played in Ballivor school grounds (out the Mullingar Road). We will travel from the school by bus and ask each player to bring €3 towards the cost. We will be back at the school at 3.30pm. Remember to wear your school tracksuit, bring your shorts, socks, boots, gloves,.

Junior Infant Parents

There will be a welcome meeting for parents of Junior Infants on Thursday 11th September. This meeting will address matters such as General matters, Welfare issues, the Infant Curriculum, Lesson Structures and Homework. Parents are asked to meet in the classrooms of Ms O’Bric and Ms Tobin at 11.45am. Mrs Fitzpatrick will supervise the children from Junior Infants for the duration of the meeting. The meeting will conclude at 12.25pm.

GAA training

GAA training in O’Mahony’s 3:00-4:15pm Thursday 11th September. Children can be collected from O’Mahony’s or at the school.

Welcome back

Welcome back to all the pupils of St Anne’s. A very special welcome to our new Junior Infants in Ms Tobin’s & Ms O’Bric’s classes. Looking forward to a great year.

Girls Rounders

On Tuesday 10th June our Girls Rounders team played in the Meath Cumann na mBunscol Division 1 Final. The game was in O’Mahony’s and a large crowd of supporters, including pupils, parents and teachers were there to cheer the girls on. Unfortunately we were beaten by a very strong St Oliver’s team and we congratulate them on a great game. While we were disappointed to lose, we are very proud.
